The DFL-Oligo 150 nucleic acid synthesizer is a laboratory-grade fully automated nucleic acid synthesis system platform for the directed synthesis of nucleic acid sequences (including but not limited to conventional oligonucleic acid and oligonucleic acid). The system is based on solid phase phosphoramidite monomer synthesis to form a single flux nucleic acid sequence directed synthesis, and the required nucleic acid samples are obtained by ammonolysis. The DFL-Oligo 150 nucleic acid synthesizer needs to be used in a specific operating environment, select the appropriate carrier, monomer and synthesis reagent, and edit the synthesis method through the platform user software to automatically complete the synthesis process. This product is suitable for drug development, primer sequence and synthesis of molecular diagnostic probes.
